# Room Founders and Managers

* Managers play the intermediary role between Founders and team members. 
* Bilingual Room Managers can coordinate and mediate communication between project owners and freelancers. 
* They coordinate team management and permissions to add more team members 
* They coordinate Room-to-Room relations 
* The Room Founder (Original Creator of the room) has full permission and can archive/delete the room. 
* Room manager is the role that the Room Founder assigns. 
* Room Founder (Owner) - (Full Permissions) Room Managers (Permissions customizable by Room Founder) 
* Freelancers (Permissions customizable by Room Manager) Clients (Permissions customizable by Room Manager)
